MOSCOW, Mar 24 (PRIME) -- Russian consumer prices have risen 7.8% year-on-year so far and will stand at less than 8% for the whole year, Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev told reporters on Thursday.

“The inflation situation is improving – today it is 7.8% as compared with the corresponding data of last year… Inflation will be significantly lower than 10% (in 2016), I would say, I think, it will be lower than 8%.”
